Manteo Elementary's first-grade families recently gathered for a memorable evening of learning and fun at the "Snow Much Fun with 1st Grade" family engagement night. The event was designed to help parents support their child’s learning at home.

 

Families sipped on hot chocolate as teachers modeled strategies for building foundational literacy skills. Each classroom facilitated interactive activities and provide families with hands-on materials to take home and practice together.

 

The night was filled with excitement as students and their families worked together, reinforcing the importance of family involvement in education. Thank you to all the teachers, staff, and families who made this event a "snow" successful.
